SCHEDULING

Audition Workshop, Auditions, and Callbacks

  • Audition Workshop Monday, March 9th 1:30 - 4:30 at Grace RPC.  Among other things, we will be teaching the audition dance at workshop.

  • Auditions Thursday, March 12th, 1:00 - 5:00, at Grace RPC.  Actors may be dismissed early, after finishing their dance, monologue, and song.

  • Callbacks Friday, March 13th 1:00 - 5:00 at Grace RPC.  Callbacks are by invitation only.  Invitations will be sent by e-mail Thursday night.

  • If you cannot make the audition or callback, a private audition may be scheduled with the directors and may include potential callback songs and readings.
     

Rehearsals

  • Mondays March 23rd - May 25th 1:30 - 4:30 in Bend at Grace RPC

  • Fridays March 27th - May 29th 1:30 - 4:30 in Redmond at Miss Kimber's Dance Magic

  • We recognize that our first week of rehearsals is spring break and we intend to be more gracious about conflicts those days.

 

Principal Rehearsals

  • Principals are expected to be tentatively available every Saturday 10:00 - 2:00 at Gotta Dance.

  • With so many Saturdays to work with, we don't expect every rehearsal to last all four hours, at least for any one actor.  We expect more of a "people coming and going" situation.

  • We'll send out as detailed and as advanced a principal call schedule as we can after casting.

 

Tech Week

  • Tech week is a notoriously long, exhausting, "hurry up and wait" kind of week.  Don't expect to get much school work done, or much of anything else done, all week.

  • TENTATIVE Load In Sunday, May 31st: load in 2:00 - 10:00 at Mtn. View HS (volunteers will be needed, but actors will not be called)

  • Monday, June 1st: tech rehearsal 4:00 - 9:00.

  • Tuesday, June 2nd: tech rehearsal 4:00 - 9:00.

  •  Wednesday, June 3rd: tech rehearsal 4:00 - 9:00.

  • TENTATIVE Public School Performance Thursday, June 4th: call time 7:45am, curtain 9:30am

  • TENTATIVE Public School Performance Friday, June 5th: call time 7:45am, curtain 9:30am

  • Friday, June 5th: call time 5:00, curtain 7:00.

  • Saturday, June 6th: call time 12:00, curtain 2:00.

  • Saturday, June 6th: call time 5:30, curtain 7:00.

  • Sunday, June 7th: call time 1:00, curtain 3:00.
